Crieff Hills will be your home away from home for the weekend — a place to feel safe, supported, and free from distraction. With beautiful grounds to explore, nourishing meals prepared for you, and a private or shared room to settle into, everything is taken care of so you can fully immerse yourself in music and community.

There’s room here for every part of your creative process. Play instruments, join a group singalong, or tuck into a quiet corner to write. Relax in calm, inspiring indoor and outdoor spaces, and let the peaceful surroundings invite you to dig deep and thrive musically.

The Retreat Centre is situated on 250 rolling acres of forest and farmland, thoughtfully cared for and rich with history. Wander wooded trails, walk the labyrinth, visit the farm animals and gardens, or sit and reflect beside historic stone buildings. The quiet beauty of this country setting is part of the experience.

Accommodations
For Women’s Music Weekend, we’ll use three separate accommodation buildings, offering single or double occupancy rooms. Each room includes two separate beds and a private ensuite bathroom. Two buildings (named Matthew and Mark) feature seven rooms each, while Luke offers twelve hotel-style rooms. All buildings include a cozy lounge with a fireplace and a kitchenette with a small fridge and microwave.

accommodation buildings You’re welcome to choose your roommate for double occupancy, or we’ll thoughtfully pair you with someone.

Linens are provided, handmade quilts add a cozy touch, and honey soap made onsite is included.

Gathering & Dining
Large group sessions will take place in the bright, multi-purpose rooms of the Conference Centre, which offers three separate meeting spaces.

Meals are shared in Maclean Hall, a charming one-room stone schoolhouse built in 1874. From Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, you’ll enjoy abundant buffet-style meals made as much as possible with ingredients grown onsite or sourced locally. Vegan and vegetarian meals are options, and food allergies are carefully accommodated (while not a guaranteed nut-free facility, the kitchen will work closely with those who need support).

All buildings are just a short walk apart, with the option to drive if preferred.
