Supporting Your Experience

Your weekend includes comfortable accommodations and delicious meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. Arrive Friday evening at 5pm to register and settle in, then enjoy dinner, a welcome orientation and a concert with Jane, Katherine, Linda and our special guest facilitator. The weekend ends Sunday afternoon with a final participants concert and departures at 3:30pm.

Our aim is to provide a nurturing and comfortable space for every participant. We make a priority of providing a space that is a home away from home, where everyone feels safe, secure, and stress-free. We choose locations for WMW that offer spaces to play instruments, join in a group singalong, or find a quiet place to write your song. You can concentrate on your music—by yourself or with others—or just relax in the calm, restful and inspiring spaces indoors and out, with beautiful surroundings to explore. We want you to be free to dig deep into your music and thrive.

Good food is our other priority; we want everyone to feel supported and satisfied and to have their dietary needs cared for. Snacks and drinks are available day and night. Meals are ample with great selections for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and gluten-free options are made available when requested. Delicious FoodAnd best of all – breakfast, lunch or dinner, meal times are always a great time to meet and chat and laugh, or take time for yourself. The food is local and organic when possible and provides wholesome energy to keep you nurtured all weekend long.
