Registration

Fees are to be paid after confirmation of your registration.
E-transfer is our preferred method of receiving payment, but we are happy to arrange other methods if needed. Instructions are in the registration form. 

“Standard” or “ensuite” fees include all workshops plus accommodation (private bedroom with ensuite or shared bathrooms), meals from Friday night to Sunday lunch, snacks and refreshments throughout the weekend, and full access to Ignatius Centre grounds.

We have a limited number of commuter spaces available. “Commuter” fees include all workshops, dinners, lunches, snacks, refreshments, and access to the grounds, but do not include accommodation or breakfast.

Cancellation Policy:

Please read this section before registering. If you have to withdraw, here is our refund policy.

IF YOU CANCEL 40 DAYS OR MORE BEFORE THE START DATE: we will refund 50% of fees paid. Alternatively, you can apply 75% of your fee to a future weekend;

IF YOU CANCEL FEWER THAN 40 DAYS and MORE THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE: your fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, you can apply 50% of your fee to a future weekend;

IF YOU CANCEL 14 OR FEWER DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE: registration fees are non-refundable. An exception will be made for unexpected illness, in particular COVID-19-related issues. In this case, we will refund 50%. Alternatively, you can apply 100% of your fee to an upcoming WMW weekend.

If circumstances are extenuating, please contact us.

In certain cases, you may transfer your booking to a friend. Please contact Cheryl at hello@womensmusicweekend.com to make arrangements. Note: Women’s Music Weekend cannot find someone to take your place.
